Instow is a beautiful Coastal Village located on the point where the Taw and Torridge rivers meet it has a beautiful Sandy Beach and amazing views across the water.

In the last 12 months eight properties have sold in the Instow Village the majority of these were detached properties with an average price of £610,000, semi-detached properties selling at £655,000 on average and Terrace property selling at £575,000 on average.

The average house price in Instow for the last 12 months has been around £583,000

I love Instow not just because of the lovely Beach and amazing views but it has a great local community it has a fantastic Yacht Club, Cricket Club and also amazing pubs and restaurants.
